          Market Indicator Alert: Heightened Caution as Technicals Deteriorate

          The internal health of the market has shifted markedly as of Mid-March. While we have previously highlighted concerns regarding Equity Valuations, we are now seeing those concerns reflected in price action.

          Key Changes This Month:

          • Technicals Turn Red: Indicators #5 through #7 have transitioned to "Unfavorable."

          • SENTINEL Indicator (#5): Our in-house technical composite has moved to RED, reflecting a breakdown in the US Indices breadth and momentum.

          • Rising Macro Fear: The spike in Oil prices has injected a new layer of volatility and "fear" into the technical backdrop.

          • Credit Stress: For the first time in a long period, Credit Spreads are flashing Yellow, indicating that the fixed-income market is beginning to price in higher risk.

          Portfolio Posture: Our Sentinel Strategy Portfolios remains fully hedged. Our priority is the preservation of capital as we wait for a more favorable risk-reward entry point.
